Char Siu Pork Bowl needed an identity that could stand out in a busy fast-casual environment while still feeling warm, approachable, and connected to the food. I developed a bold visual direction built around rich color, oversized typography, textured elements, and food photography that made the product the star.

The identity was designed to carry across the full customer experience, from menus and in-store signage to packaging and promotional materials. Keeping the visual language flexible made it possible for each piece to serve a different purpose while still feeling unmistakably Char Siu Pork Bowl.
